The pricing for your accommodations includes a private chef and staff for complete services. Private dock and beachfront, infinity pool with swim-up bar and BBQ, non-powered water activities (including sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle-board), and amenities are included. Includes breakfast items for make-your breakfast as well as preparing lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner daily. Hot tub and powerboat use have a daily fee and powerboating gas is paid for at the end of your stay.
Guests are responsible for all food & beverage provision costs, including alcohol as it is not included in the pricing.
SCUBA Diving and other activities using powerboats are an additional cost and can be arranged. Please let us know of your interests when you submit the Inquiry Form below.

Additional Information
Prices are in US currency inclusive of all meal preparation, use of facilities, and amenities. Prices do not include cost of provisions (food, beverages, alcohol), hot tub use, powerboating, gas, SCUBA, excursions, additional services, and gratuities. Prices do NOT include 9% Government Hotel tax. Gratuities, as it should be, are at your discretion.
Villa Accommodations
2600 sq. ft. private home with 3 Suites—each with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom—and 1 Bunk Room with 2 bunks for small kids and space for a crib; living area includes a queen sofa bed and a half bath allowing for up to 10 guests with private chef, housekeeping, laundry service, and grounds staff daily; private infinity pool with swim-up bar and spacious patio with barbecue. The main living space includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area, common area with a sofa-bed, flat panel tv, and a half-bath.
The Villa is centrally air-conditioned with a gourmet kitchen—indoor and outdoor dining options are available.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets.

Your reservation is for the entire villa, however, you may choose to use one, two, or all three of the suites in the villa. Suites 2 and 3 can be added to your reservation and are charged per night per suite if you’d like to use them. If you don’t need to use Suites 2 or 3, you will not be charged and those rooms will not be occupied during your reservation. Prices do NOT include 9% Government Hotel tax. Gratuities, as they should be, are at your discretion.

50% down, balance due 45 business days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing. If a guest cancellation is made more than 60 business days before the scheduled guest arrival date, a full (100%) refund less a 10% administrative fee will be given.
- If a guest cancellation is made less than 60 business days before the scheduled guest arrival date but more than 45 business days before the scheduled guest arrival date 50% of the total amount deposited will be refunded.
- If a guest cancellation is made less than 45 business days before the scheduled guest arrival date, NO refund of any deposit will be given and the full deposit will be forfeited (includes early check- outs or no-shows).
- The balance is due 45 business days prior to check- in or your special event. Any amounts accrued during your stay will be charged upon your departure. Note: NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS WILL BE GIVEN for cancellations of reservations for the dates of December 16th-January 7th once your reservation has been confirmed. Business days are considered any day of the week Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend full coverage travel insurance in the event of delays / cancellations, weather, health, family, personal issues, etc.
